Here comes Christmas

It seems like fall will be a fleeting memory this year as the excitement for Christmas swells in the house.  I love reading all of the seasonal books with Alma that involve Santa and snow.  She is truly grasping the magic of these days and I cherish how much the cold weather makes us cuddle up inside and spend quality time together as a little family.

Oregon and Back

Here is our first week long trip since Alma was born, we decided to take 9 days to sightsee in Oregon!  Tumalo State Park near Bend, Crater Lake, Cougar Hot Springs, the Dunes and Canon Beach were our highlights.  The borrowed trailer from Grama Eloise was such a treat, it made camping with a kiddo a breeze.  We have nicknamed it “Terry (or the classier, Terrance) the Trailer”.
